It is no surprise they wanted to create an immersive and experiential moment for all who visited the boutique, as a holiday activation.

My favourite client experience of the day was when a lady purchased a timepiece for her fiancé. She asked me to calligraph a card that was addressed to him from her entire family, to welcome him into her family.
